He is a European Union and ECOWAS trained cybersecurity expert in cyber infiltration and investigation, trained at the ECOWAS regional cybersecurity training institution in Dakar, Senegal. He was appointed on June 13, 2021 as the Global Cyber Alliance's first Ambassador in Africa.

Mr. James Nee Gedeo II is the founder and Executive Director of the Liberia Cyber Crime Prevention and Mitigation Agency (LCCPMA). He holds a BSc in Network Security and Computer Forensics, with emphasis in cybersecurity and Malware Analysis, from Botho University, Gaborone, Botswana.

He currently heads the West Africa ICT Working Group as a regional Executive Director and has attended several programs in Liberia and abroad, including an executive program on cybersecurity, Technology and Innovation Policy.
