Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the supreme custodial body of LCCPMA — the “Guardians of the Mission.” The Board provides strategic oversight, maintains financial integrity, ensures the organization remains true to its founding mandate, and serves as the final appellate body for all internal disputes.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for organizational governance, approving policy positions, and providing guidance to the Executive Secretariat on program delivery and strategic partnerships.
Executive Secretariat
The Executive Secretariat manages the day-to-day operations of LCCPMA, coordinates program delivery, and maintains relationships with government, partner, and donor organizations.
Technical Advisory Circle
The Technical Advisory Circle comprises cybersecurity practitioners, academics, and policy experts who provide specialized guidance on LCCPMA’s programs, publications, and capacity-building curriculum.
